Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or updates may occur periodically.

7. Limitation of Liability

WA Chat AI™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
